How to use Wi Fi to download android apps from Play store

May be  you can browse internet but cannot download any things....

Solution:

1) Go to battery menu  if the batter saver is on turn it OFF

2)Have you got Data enabled in the Networks Menu on your Android phone ?

3)There seems to be a link between GTalk (google talk) and the Market that prevents some downloads from taking place. When a user is not logged in to GTalk, he or she may experience some issues with downloading apps from the Android Market. The solution is thus to log-in to GTalk and hope that the download progress bar will finally start moving.
